Solutions to Help People in Need and Save the Planet

Sr. Ire’s foundation was launched in 2002 to provide leadership and resources to families and citizens in the most vulnerable communities throughout the state of Maryland. Our approach is informed by the organization’s namesake, Irie Jones. Mrs. Jones’ life was shaped by healthy Christian values, which produced a treasure of enriching life antidotes, wisdom, and familial honor. Hence, the founder’s initial goal is to utilize Mrs. Jones as a “Marked (Model) Women” (Psalm 37:37). The founding members of St. Irie’s Foundation aspire to harness the collective memory of Mrs. Jones’ family and admires to construct and guide St. Irie’s Foundation into an organization of service that reflects the best of the Christian tradition
